SUBJECT: Returned Material Policy

To assure efficient handling of returned material, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. To obtain a return authorization number(s) E-mail or FAX the following information on the Return Material Form to the REPAIR DEPT.

1. Part number and quantity (please include Precision Sensors P/N).

2. Serial number (s).

3. Reason for return; if non-conforming, a description of non-conformance must be provided.

4. Original purchase order number.

5. Will a debit be issued?

If Precision Sensors determines that the unit(s) should be returned for repair or evaluation, we will assign a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and ask that this number appear on the shipping label, as well as, all paperwork associated with your return.

Precision Sensors will provide the RMA number to you at the time of your request or, if the information was provided via FAX, promptly return your FAX with a RMA number assigned.

Units returned to Precision Sensors without a RMA will be sent back at customer's expense

We ask that this policy be instituted upon receipt of this letter. Following this procedure will help us to expedite your claim.

For units returned in warranty and determined to be Precision Sensors responsibility, we may elect to issue full credit for the item in lieu of repair.

For units returned in warranty and determined to be customer responsibility or units that are out of warranty, an analysis fee of $175.00 per unit is applicable. (Analysis's are not performed on Mach switches.)

Precision Sensors warranty is 12 months after installation by Buyer, but not to exceed 18 months after delivery by Seller (provided that written notice of any defect should be given to Precision Sensors within 30 days from the date such defect is first discovered), and is found to be defective in material or workmanship by our Inspection Department.
